We recently were renovating our bathroom at our condo so we decided to stay somewhere in Juneau while the construction was taking place as we only have one bathroom in the condo. We had stayed at the Juneau Hotel when we moved to Juneau over three years ago and we had a very pleasant experience so we figured we would go there again. We were not disappointed with our decision. Once again the Juneau Hotel met all our needs and expectations. From the time we checked in to the time we left we were constantly greeted by warm and friendly front desk staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and they took care of everything we needed in prompt fashion. They are the friendliest staff we had ever encountered in all of our prior hotel stays. We can't say enough about them. The lobby is spotless and is also a nice place to sit and relax to red a book or just get out of your room. We rented a suite for three weeks. Once again it was spotless upon arrival. The room was plenty big enough and the kitchen met all our needs from both cooking to utensils, pots, pans, dishes and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The room was quiet and also had a pretty good view of the channel and downtown area. The only drawback was the couch in the living room which was not really comfortable. This is a minor issue in our minds and did not impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. The bedroom was also quite spacious with plenty of dresser space and a closet that was also very adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and allowed for a good nights sleep. The bathroom had plenty of towels and personal hygiene products. The shower had great water pressure and the how water supply was endless. The unit was also equipped with a washer and dryer that was also very convenient. I would recommend the Juneau Hotel to all our friends and family and to any one traveling to Juneau. It has a great location and it will not disappoint!

This hotel always has super friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, nice rooms with kitchenette (washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee-maker) and it's quiet, and comfortable. When we arrived the heat wasn't working, and the maintenance guy was there within minutes, and checked back later to make sure we were happy. Convenient (walking distance) to downtown, steps away from a beautiful waterfront boardwalk. Rooms haven't been updated for a while, but they're not showing signs of wear.

Jeremy is a wonderful guy. He is the most friendliest guy on Earth and deserves nothing but joy and whimsy and love. He had brought happiness through dark times. Always great service when Jeremy is picking up.

I am here for work for 60 days and this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy. There is a full kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer. The views are spectacular!!! I highly recommend this place to stay!!

Ok, I love me some Juneau Hotel. The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. They have nice, clean rooms with kitchen and laundry built in. Rooms are a good size, (we did not feel cramped), and clean. Centrally located, and away from the cruise ship traffic, it's an ideal location. The grocery store is walking distance, so you can get your food and cook in your suite. Oh, did I mention their free airport / ferry boat shuttle service? Yep, you can schedule rides to and from the airport or ferry boat landing, just let them know when you land. Wonderful.

Stayed for 2 nights solo. Easily walkable to restaurants and downtown. Friendly people working there. Room was very clean. Was accidentally charged for 3 nights but was easily corrected. Walkway along the water with different Native artifacts and the Whale Project nearby. Provided transportation for the airport. Would definitely recommend
